Gift eCard Terms and Conditions (v.19052020)
Our cards (vouchers) can be redeemed for any Alpaca Kisses services or products.
The card is non-transferable.
The card can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted. An updated Gift eCard will be issued to the recipient after each time a partial amount is redeemed.
The redeemable value is limited to the amount shown on the eCard.
Unused amounts will be held in credit for future use by the recipient. Balance cannot be redeemed as cash by any party.
The Card expires 3 years from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Card value is retained by Alpaca Kisses.
Alpaca Kisses' standard Reservation Terms and Conditions also apply to the use of the Gift Cards.
How to use your Gift eCard
For Video Calls
Contact us and let us know what type of call/s you would like and what your eCard number is. We'll email you back for call details and then process your call booking for you.
For On-site Interaction Services
Contact us via our Quote Form. We will then provide you with a quote and quote reference number. You will then be able to use our Reservation Page to make a date-reserving deposit for your special day.
